Juan Day Year 6

And they are at it again!

As we write down this post, Robert Alejandro is with his team of  volunteers (with big hearts) in Lagawe, Ifugao.

If you have never heard of the Juan Day project, this is their 6th year of trekking out to remote parts of the Philippines to supply much needed school supplies to indigent communities.

In partnership with DepED, a small group of friends collect donations from friends and family to put together school kits for more than 500 children.

At the site, the team interacts with the children through a series of creative workshops.  It's a lot of fun!

We want to thank everyone who helped make this trip a reality!
