All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed within 2 business days from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be considered orders placed on the next business day.
You will be notified via text or email with your tracking number once your package has been picked-up by our courier. After which, control of your package's arrival is turned over. For shipments across the Philippines: Standard and COD shipments usually take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Express shipments usually take 1-3 business days.

3. BDO/BPI Bank Deposit

Deposit directly to our BDO or BPI account via mobile banking or over the counter. Banking details will appear after checkout.

4. PayPal Express Checkout

You may pay with your debit card/bank account or use any of the following credit cards:

Upon checkout, those with promotional discount codes or special reseller discount codes can apply their code by entering it into the Discount field.

If you are located in the countries listed on our Shipping Information page we suggest refreshing the page and double checking if you've placed all your information correctly on the Customer Information Form during check-out. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Those located outside of the aforementioned countries, please email us at shop@papemelroti.com so we can manually arrange for shipping to your country.

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details. Kindly keep in mind that the use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to correct address.

We try our best to ensure that all products are properly wrapped to prevent breakage. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
