When is my order processed?
All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed within 2 business days from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be considered orders placed on the next business days.
When will I get my order?
You will be notified via email with your tracking number once your package has been picked-up by our courier. After which, control of your package's arrival is turned over.
For shipments across the Philippines, it takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. For more information on our local courier, Xend click here.

What do I do when it says "no shipping methods available for your cart or destination"?
If you are located in the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, UAE, Canada, USA, or Bahrain we suggest refreshing the page and double checking if you've placed all your information correctly on the Customer Information Form during check-out. If the problem persists, please email us a screenshot of the error so we can help you.
Those located outside of the aforementioned countries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can manually arrange for shipping to your country.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details. Kindly keep in mind that the use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to correct address.

What should I do if I receive damaged items?
